Founded in 1985, Elmira Poultry Inc. is a privately owned business operating in Waterloo, Ontario. We are a further processor of frozen poultry products, providing employment for more than 160 persons who live in the area. Our federally-inspected, HACCP recognized plant specializes in the manufacture of value-added raw, coated, and fully cooked products.
FIRST THINGS FIRST!
It all starts with great chicken, then and now. Our first products were premium boneless chicken breasts (in five different portion sizes), chicken wings (Roadhouse and Roasters), and cooked diced chicken in two varieties. Then we introduced our breaded products - fillets, nuggets, burgers, schnitzel, and lightly dusted wings.
Something for everyone - people of all ages and all walks of life. Today, our fully cooked line includes flavoured wings, Quick Strips (light or dark), boneless breast, turkey sausage, and a variety of breaded products including stuffed chicken breasts (Cordon, Kiev & Divan).
